Your Selected Test
Full Thyroid Panel + HTMA + Personalised Consultation
You have chosen the most comprehensive standalone
testing route.
This combines two different lenses:
a fuller thyroid laboratory picture and an
RCP-informed mineral and nutritional picture.
The value is not simply receiving more test results.
It is being able to connect patterns across both
sets of information and use those patterns to make
your nutritional strategy more specific to you.
£600 one-off payment. Thyroid blood draw included.
Why This Is Different
Two sets of results. One integrated interpretation.
You could order a comprehensive thyroid panel privately. You could order an HTMA separately.
You could receive two reports full of numbers and still be left wondering what those numbers actually mean together.
Thyroid Pattern
I look beyond whether each result simply sits inside a conventional reference range or a narrower so-called functional range. The relationship between TSH, Free T4, Free T3, Reverse T3, antibodies, symptoms and wider context matters.
RCP-Informed Mineral Picture
HTMA is not reduced to “high equals excess” or “low equals deficiency”. Mineral results are considered in context, including relationships, symptoms, diet, health history and relevant blood information.
The purpose is not to claim that these tests reveal one perfect hidden root cause.
The purpose is to reduce guesswork, identify patterns and plausible contributing factors, and decide what deserves attention first.
Look Beyond The Range
The same symptoms can sit on top of very different pictures.
Two people can both experience fatigue, feeling cold, hair shedding, brain fog, low stamina, puffiness and stubborn weight.
Yet the information behind those symptoms may look very different.
These are not additional medical diagnoses. They are different patterns and areas of investigation that can change the order and emphasis of your nutritional strategy.
The RCP-Informed Difference
High does not automatically mean “too much”. Low does not automatically mean “deficient”.
A very literal interpretation of HTMA can become a series of isolated highs and lows.
My RCP-informed approach is more contextual. An elevated hair mineral may sometimes deserve consideration alongside altered handling or excretion rather than automatically being interpreted as evidence of excess within the body.
Likewise, a low hair result does not by itself prove an intracellular deficiency.
HTMA does not directly measure what is happening inside the cell, which is why I consider the pattern alongside symptoms, nutritional intake, history and relevant blood information rather than treating the report as a diagnosis.
More “why might this pattern be appearing, and how does it fit with everything else?”
Your Value Stack
Two tests. One personalised analysis.
Comprehensive Thyroid Panel
TSH, Free T4, Free T3, Reverse T3, TPO antibodies and thyroglobulin antibodies.
Thyroid Blood Draw Included
Your thyroid blood-draw cost is included within the package.
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis
HTMA adds an additional mineral and nutritional lens to the investigation.
RCP-Informed HTMA Interpretation
Mineral patterns are considered contextually rather than treated as isolated highs and lows.
Thyroid Pattern Analysis
We consider relationships and trends across the thyroid markers rather than simply replacing conventional ranges with tighter ones.
Symptoms + Health History
The laboratory information is considered alongside the person behind the numbers.
Integrated Thyroid + Mineral Review
You do not receive one thyroid interpretation and one unrelated mineral interpretation. I look at where the information may intersect.
Wider Nutritional + Metabolic Context
Iron, nutrient availability, energy availability, recovery, liver and gut context and inflammation can be considered where relevant.
Personalised Consultation
We go through what appears meaningful, what does not, and what deserves closer attention.
Prioritised Strategy
The goal is not more tests or more supplements. It is knowing which nutritional priorities make sense to focus on first.
The Functional Approach
Reference ranges matter. They just do not always answer every question.
Standard medical care is designed to diagnose and manage thyroid disease, and medication can be an essential part of that care.
Private doctors may also offer comprehensive thyroid laboratory panels, but medical interpretation appropriately remains guided by established diagnostic criteria, reference intervals and treatment guidelines.
Functional approaches sometimes respond by creating narrower “optimal” ranges. But moving the boundary does not necessarily give us a fuller understanding of why someone still feels unwell.
Functional ranges may narrow the boundaries.
My approach looks at the pattern, the relationships and the person behind the numbers.
That wider interpretation does not replace medical diagnosis. It helps us ask more specific nutritional and metabolic questions and build a more individual strategy around the information available.
