How Does It Work?

1. Purchase and Access the Client Portal
   After purchase, you’ll receive access to our online client portal, where you’ll fill out a new client intake form and a 3-day food journal.

2. Analyse Your Results and Health Concerns
   Once we have your completed intake form and hair test results, we’ll use this information, along with your main health concerns and symptoms, to interpret your results and design your healing protocol.

3. Video Review of Results
   The practitioner will record a screen-share video to walk you through your lab test results, explaining what they mean and how they relate to your concerns.

4. Personalised Recommendations
   The video will include guidance on your healing protocol, how to purchase supplements or recommended products, and the next steps for your journey.

5. Receive Your Report and Resources
   We’ll send your video, Report of Findings, and protocol, as well as upload any additional resources to your client folder in our secure platform. You can download everything directly from there.

What If I Have Questions?

Your test results will be sent through our secure platform, Practice Better, and you’ll be notified via messenger when everything is ready. After watching your review video, you can send one list of questions through messenger. We recommend taking notes as you watch the video to ensure all your questions are included.

Once your questions are submitted, we’ll respond promptly, after which messenger access will be removed.
