The timeline depends on how imbalanced your body is when we start. Some see improvements in metabolic markers quickly, while others require more time.

Remember, your current health didn’t happen overnight, so recovery from chronic stress, under-eating, gut infections, or hormone imbalances won’t be instant either.

Healing is a journey, and your progress ultimately depends on your commitment. We’ll provide expert guidance, protocols, and support, but lasting change comes from taking action, listening to your body, and putting in the work.

Yes depending on needs, in your strategy call the labs needed will be made clear to you. My programs all include the Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), others are purchased separately.  I can review tests if you have had them done in the last 60 days, such as a GI Map, Dutch test, Mold Mycotoxin, or bloodwork such as thyroid panels. 

Pregnancy & Postpartum Support: As lab testing is often inaccurate during pregnancy, my focus is on optimizing nutrient needs, managing blood sugar, and preparing for a smooth postpartum recovery.Deeper gut protocols (like addressing parasites, mold, H. pylori, bacteria etc) are not safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding, & many herbs are contraindicated. However, I frequently work with pregnant and postpartum clients. 

If you are 100% raw vegan it may put certain limits depending on the circumstances. If you are willing to take animal products in the form of supplements a happy medium can be achieved. I can help optimise your nutrition & lifestyle imbalances of vegans, but I strongly suggest animal products for my clients. I can educate you on your options but the choice is yours. Interestingly some cleanses I use if needed require abstinence from animal foods for a short period of time. 

 

I accept insurance but it is rare in this field to obtain it. I do however offer instalment plans as well as a Conscious Fees system with 3 tiers.

Extension Packages: Continue working with me at a reduced fee, with options for additional lab testing, monthly Zoom check-ins, and ongoing messaging support to keep your health journey on track.

Supplement Needs: Yes, practitioner-grade supplements are included in your monthly protocols. Certain supplements are recommended to support drainage and detoxification, particularly in preparation for a gut protocol. Depending on the results of your gut test, you may need to take gut-related supplements for 30-60 days or even up to 90+ days (for example, a candida overgrowth protocol requires a longer duration). On average, expect to spend £100-£150 per month on supplements. While we prioritise a food-first approach, supplements are essential to address gut issues, optimise hormones, and replenish depleted nutrients.
