Ultimately we need mineral balance as our mitochondria is dependent on the enzymes made from minerals that unlock hormones to be produced for energy.(no the above chart is not a definitive diet, an ideal or the cure, this is the old paradigm, but this is certainly energy dense)Low magnesium and copper will prevent atp production from even happening. You may have heard of the concept of EMOTIONAL TRAUMA, PSYCHOSOMATIC CONDITIONS or STRESS and how this can impact our lives. It can actually cause dis-ease! And it is energetically taxing, leading to FATIGUE and EXHAUSTION. I call this mind-body fatigue, implicating the often overlooked roots in chronic fatigue conditions.
