Equipment

  • 1 griddle pan
  • 1 pan

Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams ground beef with fat
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 3 tbsp kimchi
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp raw milk
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • peel potatoes
  • boil potatoes
  • drain potatoes
  • add salt, pepper,2 tbsp butter, olive oil, apple cider vinegar & milk
  • mash the potatoes until a smooth consistency
  • heat up griddle and add 1tbsp of butter
  • mix salt, pepper & oregano with the minced beef
  • Shape meat into a burger and fry for 5 minutes on either side and it should be slightly pink in the middle
  • serve with kimchi and a natural ketchup

Notes

This is an easy and delicious recipe. You can get this made in under 30 minutes the most laborious part is simply peeling potatoes and boiling them. You have a good combination of fatty beef, potatoes with good fats and fermented vegetables to aid the digestion and enhance the iron absorption.
