Notes

This is eaten by the Yakutia people in winter to maintain body temperatures and aid metabolism in the mornings where it can be up to -40 degrees. What a delicious breakfast dont you think? The protein from the eggs, milk and collagen balance the starchy carbohydrate of the flour in terms of insulin spike. The fat from the ricotta or cream balances the insulin spike of the jam very nicely. Indeed have you tried it before?
